Full home VERY close to Memorial Stadium
Stay/park here, & walk to Football (8min), Salt Dogs (7min), Volleyball, Pinnacle Arena, Haymarket/Railyard, Bowlin Stadium, Lied center & more. You really can't get a more convenient place to stay! Don't want to walk, fire up the grill and you can hear the game from the front porch! If we're booked when you want to travel or you need more room, use the map feature to find the twin property right next door! (House VERY close to Stadium) Living room has pull out queen sized couch and a 58" tv with cable. Dining table has leaf and will seat 6 Full kitchen has stove, microwave, fridge with icemaker, coffee pot, air fryer, crock pot and all the utensils, pots and pans you'll need. Bathroom has bathtub with shower Washing machine in bathroom, Dryer in kitchen quirky, but functional! Bedroom has Queen bed and tv. If you look closely in the second pic, you'll see a steel plant across the street. No detriment to your stay, but look over the plant, and you see Memorial Stadium, it's really that close! You have the whole house, plus front porch and back yard including grill. Host is available through texting North Bottoms neighborhood is close nit, friendly, safe, and convenient to all Lincoln has to offer! Parking up to 3 cars up front, more in back if necessary. 10 min walk to Memorial Stadium 9 min walk to Salt Dogs, Husker baseball and softball. 16 min walk to Lied Center (3 min drive) 19 min walk to Pinnacle Arena, Haymarket/Railyard (4 min drive) 22 min walk to Bob Devaney Sports center (4 min drive) biking trails minutes away Disclaimer: The house was built in 1900. It has a lot of charm, with that comes some quirks. We have just renovated the unit and it’s gorgeous, but the floors lean this way and that through 123 years of settling. This should in no way affect your safety or your stay.
