Available again around the eclipse in August 2026, after cancellation. A cozy private home situated in Mosfellsbær, pretty and quiet part of the Reykjavík capital area - away from the buzz of the downtown area but still within easy reach. It offers stunning mountain views, bright rooms, big living space, outdoor jacuzzi, fireplace and a private garden. Great for day trips around the country, as its very close to the main ring road around Iceland. Cars can be added if agrement is reached. The space Our house is around 150 square meters. It has 4 bedrooms, a big living room, kitchen, washing room and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and bath). The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the 2 kids room's both have a 90x200cm bed (with one pull it can easily be made double) and teenage room has a 120x200 bed. Towels and linens are provided. The house is our home and is therefore fully equipped with everything a family would typically need! In the summer there is barbeque in the garden, trampoline for the kids and garden table and chairs. Some outdoor kids toys and family games are also available. We are willing to lend our bikes upon request. Guest access Whole house. Other things to note Upon request we can make available a baby crib, stroller and chair.
