Cozy country apartment in a quiet location in Fernitz near Graz—ideal for up to 4 people who prefer living just outside the city while still enjoying good transport connections. Two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a private balcony overlooking the greenery, and free parking provide everything needed for a relaxing, independent stay. A comfortable, self-catering home away from home with country-style charm—an alternative to hotel living. Pets are welcome. The space The apartment is comfortably and practically furnished in a country-house style and offers space for up to four people across two separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a double bed (180 × 200 cm), while Bedroom 2 has another double bed (140 × 200 cm). The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. A dining table—which can also serve as a workspace—and a flat-screen TV are also provided. The bathroom features a shower, while the toilet is located in a separate room. A particular highlight is the private balcony, which offers seating and a view of the surrounding greenery. This is not a new build, but a well-maintained home with an authentic country-house feel; it is ideal for guests who appreciate quiet, cozy, self-catering accommodation. Guest access The entire apartment and the private balcony are available for your use during your stay. The apartment is located on the upper floor and is accessible via the staircase; there is no elevator. Free parking is available on the property. Other things to note We provide one hand towel and one bath towel per registered guest for the duration of the stay. Beds are freshly made according to the number of guests booked; bed linen is included in the price. Our accommodation is designed as a simple, self-catering home away from home. We do not provide additional towels or linens during the stay. A washing machine is available for longer stays. The apartment is located in a quiet, rural residential area. Naturally, sounds from nature and the surrounding environment may be audible. The apartment does not have air conditioning. Please take this into account when booking if you are visiting during the summer. Guests who smoke may use the private balcony, which is equipped with seating. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Unfortunately, luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is not available. Our accommodation is intended exclusively for short-term tourist stays; official registration of residence (Meldezettel) is not possible.
