Expect nature sounds and a peaceful rural setting. Guest access Access to the entire apartment, accessible via the staircase. Other things to note We provide one hand towel and one bath towel per guest per stay. The beds are freshly made according to the number of registered guests, and bed linen is included in the nightly rate. Guests who require additional laundry items (e.g. extra towels or blankets) are kindly asked to bring their own – our accommodation is intended as a simple, self-catering home-away-from-home. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area; however, there may occasionally be everyday neighbourhood sounds such as children playing or light street traffic. The apartment is situated on the upper floor and requires climbing stairs. There is no air-conditioning – please keep this in mind during the summer months. A balcony with seating is available for smoking guests; smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We do not have luggage-storage facilities in the building. Our accommodation is intended exclusively for short-term tourist stays – registration with a residence certificate (Meldezettel) is not possible.
