City Compliance and Checkout Policy The City of Big Bear requires strict adherence to trash removal policies to protect our environment and local wildlife. This is crucial to ensure that we are not attracting wildlife to the neighborhood areas. Checkout Requirements: Trash Removal: If the outdoor trash cans are full, all visitors are required to remove their excess trash to a local dump site. Dishware: All dishes must be washed before departure. Failure to wash dishes or remove excess trash will result in a fine/fee of $25 per bag.
