This cozy corner not only exudes simplicity and functionality, but also breathes care for the environment, using recycled materials. Bedrooms in Harmony with the Landscape: The three bedrooms of this charming cottage offer a variety of views, showing the beauty of the surrounding nature. A spacious bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed opens its windows to a picturesque lake, creating the perfect place for a couple who want to enjoy peace and romantic moments. The second bedroom, facing the surrounding forest, allows guests to immerse themselves in the greenery of the trees, enjoying the wilderness. The unique mezzanine with a double bed and a sofa bed is an ideal place for larger groups or families, creating an open and interesting space. Amenities for Body and Spirit: The Perkoz House is not only an architectural gem, but also a place full of amenities. A small but cozy infrared sauna is the perfect place to relax after an active day outdoors. A large terrace overlooking the lake creates a perfect space for outdoor dining, relaxation and admiring the surrounding nature. Surroundings of the Perkoz House: The Perkoz House is located on a plot of 7,000 square meters, surrounded by birds such as the Lapwing, the Blackbird or the Owl, while maintaining privacy for each house, which has its own fence. This is also important for dogs, who can freely use the space. At the edge of the plot there is a common space, including the Battalion shed (barbecue, field kitchen, pizza oven), which is a meeting place for all guests. Guest access The entire cottage is exclusively for your use. The area is fenced and safe for dogs. In addition, there is a barbecue shed, a battalion for our guests and a place dedicated to a bonfire and a pizza oven for an additional fee. Other things to note The sauna is additionally payable.
