La Petite Maison – Condé-sur-Marne The space Our cottage is a detached house located in a small alley. It has private parking and a completely enclosed garden (boundary wall that surrounds the land). On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall serving on one side a separate toilet and a shower room with washing machine, and on the other side the living room (with sofa bed for 2 people), dining room and kitchen. Upstairs, a landing with a reading corner gives access to the first bedroom equipped with a single bed (90 X 190), the second bedroom in a row is equipped with a double bed (140 X 190). An extra bed is available on request. Small pets only accepted with a surcharge of €3 per day. The rental rate includes charges (heating and electricity). Sheets, towels and cleaning package are extra. In the middle of the Épernay, Reims and Châlons-en-Champagne triangle, we welcome you to the gates of the Montagne de Reims. Our cottage is located in Condé-sur-Marne, a village bordered by the Aisne canal to the Marne as well as by the Marne. The location of the village allows the discovery of the different facets of our department (vineyards, architecture, history, museum, etc.).
