There is plenty of room to prepare meals for family and friends in this sociable space, with the dining area coming directly from the kitchen. A three and two-seater sofa in the living area offers plenty of comfortable seating along with a media unit containing the TV, sound bar and an electric fire. Direct access out onto the patio areas with a table and seating for 6 from both the dining area and the living area makes utilising the space outside a joy.
