The WiFi has a high speed of 16.8 Mbps download and 3.33 Mbps upload. The normal Check-In time is between 14 pm and 20 pm. The space The accommodation is of a high standard by Philippine standards. For example, warm water in the shower and toilet with European flush. The shower, sink and toilet were newly installed in October 2022. But some things are not up to European standards. For example, no running hot water in the kitchen. The three air conditioning units are each split and therefore very quiet and powerful. The kitchen is new and was installed in August 2024. Guest access You have access to all rooms. The closet in the hallway contains the landlord's personal belongings and may not be used. Other things to note The accommodation is not suitable for people with walking or visual impairments because there are different levels in the house. Please do not smoke in the house and please do not bring pets.
