Its location is excellent and you can park for free on the same street where the apartment is located. Fully equipped and brand new apartment with a very modern and sophisticated decoration. Guest access The apartment is fully equipped so you can enjoy a comfortable and worry-free stay: you will find towels, bed linen, shower gel, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a kitchen with all the basic utensils for everyday use. There is also a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with capsules included, so you can start the day with a good coffee. We offer private parking for an extra fee, subject to availability, for cars and motorbikes; bicycle parking is free, as we are a bikefriendly apartment and we love welcoming cyclists. Depending on the length of your stay, you can request extra cleaning service, as well as early check-in or late check-out, always subject to availability. There are no common areas inside the apartment; the only spaces shared with other guests are the access staircase and the interior corridor. Other things to note The tourist tax of €1 per person per day must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment (except for those under 16 years old). 1,75€ starting 1st of April 2026. Access to the apartment can be done at any time after 1:00 p.m. thanks to the coded key box system. We always give information on how to get the keys and we send the code the day before or the same day the client enters.
