Little flat in beautiful area

Small double flat in family home. It is accessed through our house but self contained. It is built over garage. Double Bedroom ensuite and seperate room with kitchenette - kettle toaster fridge, 2 ring hob, air fryer and microwave/convection combo. 1 4ft 6 bed. We are a young family with busy boys and a gentle young golden labrador dog whom you could meet in the shared hall. Wonderful area, 1km from beach, swimming, Dun Laoghaire, Dalkey, Kiliney 600 m from bus to city centre 800 to dart. The space The flat is small and Best suited to one if coming for a medium length stay. It is accessed through our main front door. You share hall stairs and small landing. Then you reach the door to your flat. Behind the door there is a very short hall connecting two rooms, the ensuite bedroom and the kitchenette/ eating area. Neither are large and it a basic space though safe and private. The rooms are bright with nice views. The washing maching and dryer are in our main house and can be in use so it is best to let us know in advance when you want it so we can have it reserved for you. The shared areas are roamed by two young boys and a golden labrador. We try to keep these clean and orderly but you may find kids toys have made their way into the hallway or landing. The noise transfer is variable. Its not something guests have complained about but I dont understand how it wouldnt transfer to the flat as kids are noisy and busy so if youre noise sensitive it might not work for you. We would love to welcome you to our flat and we share these details to ensure we are a good fit for you and you will be happy here while staying Other things to note We have a preference for long term let's and they are heavily discounted. Please message for details / to make an offer. Thanks We are a young family and it can be noisy. The boys sleep well but can wake early and can be full of chat. You area will be entirely private however you may come across child's toys and the mess of family life, while passing through our hall and stairs to your area. You may bump into the dog. She won't be in your area but please let us know if you ve phobia or allergies and we can talk it through. It is suitable for two for a short to medium stay but not suitable for 2 for a long term stay.
