Open to single person FEMALE guest only. Owned by a Christian couple who live in the property (no children). There are 4 spacious bedrooms (with double beds+desk+plenty of storage). The house was newly refurbished more than a year ago. Each room has individual locks, contains a double bed, desk and chair, and wardrobe and drawers. House has a full kitchen with large open plan living space, connected to a garden. The space House total size: 110 square meters internal area + 20 square meters garden. Fully functional kitchen + open plan living room, connected to garden. 2 shared bathrooms (one with toilet and bath/shower; one with toilet and sink only). Large bedrooms (double bed + desk and chair + plenty of storage). House renovation completed 2 years ago. Guest access Entrance from front door. Guests have access to all communal areas (2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room and garden, corridor and stairs) and guest’s booked private bedroom (with unique lock and key). Other things to note House rules include: No additional guest over, each room is to be occupied by one person only. Strictly no smoking or vaping in the house. Violation of house rule will be subject to £100 fine each time violation is made. Advice for guest: please remember to bring your adaptor if you are travelling from outside UK :)
