Close to everything and with a private garage, we can accommodate up to 4 guests. Because it is a smart home, we have self-check-in and self-check-out by scheduled time. P.S. We have external surveillance for your and your belongings' safety. The space Wabisabi Residence is a Japanese-themed and inspired vacation rental home that has everything you need to relax and spend a wonderful few days in Araxá. Here we provide bed, table and bath linens; full kitchen; service/leisure area with washing machine and a wonderful barbecue grill; bathroom with personal hygiene amenities, electric shower and whirlpool bathtub; free private garage or free garage on the street; fast internet; smartTV and IPTVbox with TV channels and series and movies app; as well as surveillance cameras in the outdoor area for your safety and that of your belongings. We do not offer meals or laundry cleaning supplies. We can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. 2 in the bedroom, in a double bed, and 2 in the living room, in a sofa bed. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. In case you need to leave your bags for a period that goes beyond these hours (if you arrive early or leave late), and there is no other reservation for the residence, we can arrange for the flexibility of storing your luggage. If you need cleaning during your stay, you can contact us and, upon payment of the daily rate, we will send someone to assist you. Wabisabi Residence is a smart home, so we have self-check-in and self-check-out by scheduled time and with individualized passwords for each stay. Please note that inspections and inventory of the residence are carried out before and after the guests' stay, in order to verify the proper functioning of all the items that furnish the house. Thus, any damage occurred during the stay or if any item disappears, a proportional indemnity will be charged to the guests of the period. We only rent the entire house, so you don't have to share the room or space with people who aren't traveling with you, Wabisabe is all yours! Guest access Here you will have access to the entire ground floor of the residence, since the second floor is just our storage room, remembering that from the kitchen you can access the leisure/service area that is on the second floor and has a very nice view of the city. Other things to note Our house has an old architecture, from the 1980s, so our private garage accommodates cars up to 4 meters long (4.5 meters, counting the front setback), but if your vehicle is larger than that, or you have difficulty fitting it in the garage, it can be parked on the street for free. If you want, to get out of the serene, even the larger vehicle can be placed in the garage with the large gate open. Our neighborhood is super safe and I myself, when I'm in town, sleep with my car in the garage with the gate open, since I have a vehicle longer than the length of the garage and it does not fit in it when closed. Our neighborhood is really safe, so you don't have to worry, come to Wabisabi! Important reminder, the Airbnb platform has a very nice security policy, so we do not accept reservations outside the platform.
