A fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, range hood, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine) A dining table for 2 people - Bathroom with shower, single sink and toilet - A balcony to have lunch in the sun with a table and 2 chairs Also available: - Drying rack, vacuum cleaner and mop - WiFi fibre internet - Bed and bath linens + bath mat and dish towel provided - No parking spaces assigned to the accommodation, but 9 spaces are available free of charge in front of the residence - A concierge service available 24/7 and in person at the reception (see schedule in front of the office) Cleaning is done before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask that you keep our apartment in a suitable condition.
