Quaint mountain hut (self-catering)

Built around 1900, the mountain hut is located at 1150 m above sea level, far from public roads. 1 neighboring hut. The hut is especially suitable for motorsport fans (or for family members who do not want to go down :-)), it is only 3 km (6.4 km road) as the crow flies to the Red Bull Ring - engine noises audible. The hut has its own spring, electricity through PV system. Directions: steep, unpaved forest road. Off-road vehicles - at your own risk! Bring your own bedding / towels. The space Welcome! Since it is an old house and it is in the middle of nature, please do not expect cleanliness as in a hotel. Final cleaning is to be carried out by yourself: this includes rinsing and tidying up the dishes, removing and separating all waste, sweeping all rooms (swept clean), shaking the beds and thoroughly cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and shower. The next guests will be grateful. It is a self-catering hut (please bring your own bedding/towels), which is cleaned by the previous guests - we cannot accept any liability for this and cannot accept it as a reason for cancellation. The outdoor area is constantly changing due to extensions or the influence of nature. We also cannot accept a deviation from the photos as a reason for cancellation. If any of this does not suit you or you are not used to an old self-catering cabin, please do not book! We look forward to seeing all guests with a cabin affinity! Red Bull Ring within earshot! Ground floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom (2x toilet & shower) Upper floor (accessible from the outside): two bedrooms, one of which is a transit room Outside: "Breakfast place" on the terrace, meadow & forest, fireplace. Guest access The entire area can be used, but not the neighboring hut and its grounds in front of it. 2-3 car parking spaces (off-road vehicles) Other things to note Mouse tracks on the ground floor possible, bedrooms free! Only accessible by off-road vehicle at your own risk!
