I rent a place to be used as a recording studio, art or other previously coordinated purposes. The place does not have any type of furniture and is not rented for housing. The hours per day are from 8am to 10pm taking into account the district's noise restrictions, you can leave your things in the premises but not spend the night there. Guest access The place has 3 spaces divided by drywall and a full bathroom as shown in the photos. Other things to note 1. You cannot stay overnight on the premises. 2. No Wi-Fi. 3. Noisy meetings are not allowed. 4. No key copy is given, every time you need to leave the door will be opened for you. 5. Damaging the walls is prohibited. 6. Pets of any kind are prohibited. 7. No smoking inside the premises.
