Welcome to our relaxing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home nestled in stunning Yucca Valley, surrounded by 5 acres of serene and peaceful nature with private hiking access right outside your doorstep. Dogs welcome!! Relax in our hot tub under the stars, hang on the shade covered patio, feed the koi fish, play on the putting course and grill on the BBQ. Includes enclosed yard, high speed internet, kitchen w/ dishwasher, plus AC & TVs in each room with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and HBO. The space The two bedrooms are each set with a queen sized memory foam bed, Smart TV and closet for you to settle in. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and then there is another bathroom with shower off the living room. Mini-splits are in each room to provide AC and heat depending on the season and there is also a wood burning fireplace in the living room. There is a dining room for 4 just off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in and includes a large fridge with filtered water & ice maker, range and microwave as well as a dishwasher. Guest access You'll have the entire property to yourself! We do have a garage & shipping container that will not be accessible, but you have the entire house, enclosed yard & hot tub in the most serene setting all to yourselves. Other things to note Hot tub is large enough for 7-8 people so its really spacious and comfortable for 4 guests, its also hardwired & powerful so the temperature stays hot even with the cover off in 30 degree weather. We are super dog friendly! The back door is equipped with a dog door, should you want your pups to use it, and it leads to a fully fenced outdoor space with a putting course that they'll love running around as well as a koi pond where they can sit mesmerized by the fish.
