Stay in our charming 109-year-old villa with three comfortable bedrooms, a cozy lounge, full kitchen. Just 7 minutes to Tauranga CBD or Bethlehem, 20 min to the Mount, with easy expressway access to explore Tauranga. The space Welcome to our family home, a charming Californian bungalow with three bedrooms. The master has a super king bed, one room has a king single bed, and the third has a king single plus a single rollaway—please advise your bed preference when booking. Relax in the lovely outdoor area by the pool, with imported Danish furniture featuring sunloungers, an 6 seat outdoor dining setting, and a great outdoor lounge for lounging by the pool. A beehive sits in the far corner, positioned so it won’t disturb guests. Enjoy a coffee on the front porch cafe setting. We've recently added a 6x4m louvre covered deck access from the french doors of the kitchen/dining room. This has blinds for privacy/wind/rain, 6 seat outdoor dining setting, and another outdoor lounge, a barleaner, 6 burner BBQ and 2 x IR heaters. Perfect for families, with the pool and covered outdoor recreation space, and you’re welcome to collect fresh eggs from our chickens! Our location is convenient for exploring Tauranga with easy expressway access. As this is our family home, we often head off camping when we have bookings, so you’ll enjoy the space as your own home-away-from-home. Guest access Guests have full access to our family home and the completely private pool area. Entry is via a lockbox for your convenience, and off-road parking is available. While there is a separate barnloft Airbnb at the back of the property, it has its own separate entrance and access, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay. Other things to note There is one super king, a king single bed, and a king single with a rollaway. Please let us know your preferred bed setup when booking. Our saltwater pool is perfect for summer fun, it can also be used in other seasons though it is not heated. The property features a front patio cafe setting for your morning coffee in the sun and a lovely small orchard area to relax in. We have a beehive tucked in a corner, positioned so it won’t disturb you, but you’re welcome to watch the bees bus in their work. We think our home is ideal for families, with the pool, covered deck and outdoor space keeping kids entertained. Absolutely no pets or parties are allowed. Many local tour operators can collect directly from our Airbnb.
