The space This property is offered exclusively under a ‘mobility tenancy’ – a furnished tenancy agreement lasting between 1 and 10 months – reserved for people in a situation of temporary mobility (studies, training, work placements, professional assignments or transfers, etc.). Signing the tenancy agreement is mandatory in order to gain access to the property. Once you have made your booking, you will be asked to provide the following documents to complete your application and draw up the tenancy agreement: proof of identity for the occupants, contact details, proof of address where applicable, proof of home insurance, proof of your employment status or reason for temporary relocation, as well as the required proof of income (e.g. payslips or financial statements for the self-employed). Please ensure, before making any booking, that you are eligible for the mobility tenancy agreement and able to provide these documents. If the tenancy agreement is not signed and the required supporting documents are not provided, you will not be granted access to the accommodation. The apartment is located on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a classified building, itself located in height. Thus the views offered are impregnable. South-East side : a living room and an open kitchen equipped, giving access to the outside loggia, a dining area and a double bedroom. North-West side: A second double bedroom and a large bathroom with bathtub offering an incredible view. The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home: air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, free coffee capsules ...
