Welcome to this beautiful and well equipped guest suite in the Red Mountain Ranch community. The property is located near the base of the Salt River and is only 20 minutes away from PHX Sky Harbor with convenient access via the 202 freeway. LICA23-07045 TPT #21489329 The space The primary bedroom is very spacious with a comfortable king sized bed, a Roku TV with guest mode, basic cable, and a desk. The ensuite bathroom hosts a walk in shower and separate tub combo, dual sinks with plenty of counter space, and a massive walk in closet where the mini fridge and microwave are. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee while lounging in the backyard or taking an evening dip in the pool while watching Arizona's beautiful sunsets. The main portion of the house will be unoccupied during your stay and will be locked. There is a double cylinder deadbolt on the door and the room will remain completely private during any reservations. This guest suite is only available for dates the entire house as a whole is not booked. Guest access You will have access to only the primary suite of the property and the backyard. The door to the main house is locked from both sides. You will enter the guest suite through the exterior door in the backyard. There is a side yard gate on the west side of the property that will lead you right to the guest suite. Other things to note **There will be no one else in the main portion of the house during your reservation, we only rent out this guest suite when we do not have guests staying in the full house. Please Note: Our pool cleaner normally comes on a weekday (which day changes according to his schedule) and typically just lets himself in through the side yard gate. This is typical of pool cleaners here and we like to mention it so guests are not alarmed. He is normally in and out within 15-20 minutes. We also have a quarterly pest control service that sprays the exterior of the home. The exact date changes based on their availability and will do our best to give you notice before their arrival if they happen to be stopping by during your stay, we typically only get a one hour notice from them ourselves. We do have someone that takes sets out and brings back in the trash cans so our guests do not have to deal with them. The normal trash can is taken out on Monday for a Tuesday pickup and the recycling is taken out on Thursday for a Friday pickup. We try our best to get these done during turnovers but if it happens during your stay our cleaner just sets them inside the side yard gate and leaves.
