The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Belgodère, this charming air-conditioned house at less than one kilometer from the beach, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 52 m ² and being able to accommodate up to 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², a fully equipped open kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 50 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of about 20 m² with TV, sofa bed and dining table. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bathroom with shower and WC On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: One double bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: Two single beds. - A bathroom. - Separate toilet. Outside: - A shared swimming pool open from April to the end of October. It is not heated from 15 June to 15 September (opening dates not contractual). - A beautiful garden of about 50 m². - A terrace of about 10 m², facing South and a second terrace on the North side with furniture to enjoy the nice days. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and SARL 2A Infographe (concierge / housekeeping service). Other things to note Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - Pets are accepted on request, for an extra charge of 50€/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
