Cocoonr offers this charming 52 m² air-conditioned house with shared swimming pool for rent in Belgodère, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 50 m². Fibre included, we're waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of about 20 m² with TV, sofa bed and dining table. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bathroom with shower and WC On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: One double bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: Two single beds. - A bathroom. - Separate toilet. Outside: - A shared swimming pool open from April to the end of October. It is not heated from 15 June to 15 September (opening dates not contractual). - A beautiful garden of about 50 m². - A terrace of about 10 m², facing South and a second terrace on the North side with furniture to enjoy the nice days. The house is ideally located in Belgodère, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private, numbered outdoor car park, located 100 metres away (1 space). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Gare de Bastia (1h26min) - Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine airport (46 min) Other things to note - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are accepted on request, for a supplement of €50/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
