Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space This 3 bedroom 2 bath private pool home with garage in a nice quiet neighborhood is nicely furnished and newly remodeled. The homes has two beds total. One is a Tempur Pedic king bed with bed tilting options in the master bedroom and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is used as an office and has a desk and does not have a bed. The location is close to Homosassa, Crystal River, Inverness and the Florida turnpike to head to Tampa. Close to medical facilities, shopping , eateries and many golf courses. Security cameras located at the front entrance and side/backyard pool area. Guest access The entire home is for your use. Master bedroom has a king bed that overlooks the lanai pool area with a sliding glass door, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom is furnished with a desk for your convenience and does ot have a bed. The living room, and two bedrooms have televisions in them. Full size bathrooms. Spacious living room and kitchen fully stocked area that overlooks the pool. Other things to note Very large backyard for your privacy and peaceful morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail while relaxing near the pool. Two bicycles are included for your enjoyment as you exercise and ride through the neighborhood. A grill is also included with the home for your grilling as you enjoy the outdoor birds chirp. No parties can be held at this home. Pets if approved must be in a crate when left alone. Please bring your crate. Pets cannot be on the furniture. Guest will be charged damage fees from their pet or guest. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors. Guest are responsible for stay and take full responsibility and release host of any and all liability due to their stay in the home that may arise at the home, pool or property. Guest must have a responsible adult at all times with anyone that cannot swim or a child that is near the pool area. For the safety of all guest, all doors leading to the pool area must be locked at all times when children are around. Doors cannot be left open when the air conditioner is on. No glass plates or glasses allowed in the pool area. No diving in the pool. Pool equipment must remain in the pool and pool equipment must not be removed or readjusted. By choosing to rent and book this home the guest named on this booking acknowledges, accepts and takes full responsibility for themselves and their additional guest(s) and pets during their stay and releases the host from any and all liability during and from their stay. Guest will follow the guest rules and regulations set forth that are listed in the handbook when you check in.
