Villa has an ideal location in Los Gigantes, walking distance to bars, restaurants and beaches. This villa has the best of both worlds: an excellent location and is perfect for a relaxing vacation. In addition, 3 bedrooms and a large outdoor space are ideal for families. Air conditioning, internet and private swimming pool. Please note the swimming pool is not heated. The space You will access the Villa through the garden where you will instantly feel the calm and tranquillity the place provides. You can go to the pool and chill out area where you'll be able toenjoy the weather and views. Other things to note Please be aware that we require guest’s passports or ID cards before arrival for governmental requests and safety reasons. Registration is obligatory before check-in - Entry of apartment will be available only after registration. Special requests/ late checkouts/luggage storage are available but please contact the host as soon as possible! Gardener or pool maintenance may enter the garden during your stay. If you wish not to have them, please advise in advance. There are occasional pest control in the area but its guest’s responsibility to keep the apartment clean! / Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for extra charge. Please respect quiet hours and community rules. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. CHARGING electric vehicles are not allowed. Using illegal substances are not allowed. Smoking is possible only outside of the apartment. Economical activities (such as cryptocurrency mining) are not allowed during the stay. Do not exceed the max capacity of the apartment.
