From the terrace, you will keep an eye on the private petanque court, ideal for friendly evenings🎯🍹. 🍳 Kitchen A fully equipped, brand new and perfectly equipped kitchen is available to concoct good little dishes for the whole family. You can enjoy a private terrace at the back as well as a private balcony at the front of the accommodation. In the courtyard, shared private parking is available for a car and bicycles. If you have multiple vehicles or want more freedom, there is public parking right across the street from the accommodation. This is very convenient if you don't want to bring the car in every time you go out. The accommodation is in a great location and allows you to spend a vacation without using your vehicle, if you like to walk or ride a bike. Other things to note The listing is located above another home whose recent renovation and sound and thermal insolation have been done. Meschers is a very pleasant place for several reasons: You are near Royan but endure the crowd. The beaches are easy to access and are guarded by lifeguards for safety. The other great peculiarity of Meschers, are its caves, its cliffs with troglolitic habitats and typical tiles (fishermen's hut on poles) This village has kept a peaceful soul. A short walk from the accommodation you have the market square with a lively bar where it's good to have coffee. I'm sure you'll appreciate its family spirit. The accommodation must be made clean at a minimum: You will have cleaning supplies and a squeegee for the shower at your disposal.
