The space The villa is divided into 2 areas, with three bedrooms + 1 living-sleeping area, 1 living room, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms & 2 guest toilets, dining room & laundry room, terrace, pool and garden views, quiet, private, and surrounded by nature. When booking, you use both living areas and thus always the whole house. Each unit has a sofa, a seating area, a flat-screen satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. A dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine are also provided. You will find a wonderfully restful sleep in our box spring beds. The garden area features a terrace with a table and 2 chairs. The balcony area offers a table for 6 people. There are 6 loungers around the pool. In the outdoor kitchen, there is a table with 2 benches, a large barbecue, a beverage refrigerator, and the covered outdoor hot tub. Also on the same level are the infrared sauna, a covered outdoor shower, and an outdoor toilet. Guest access The property (1150 m²) with house, pool and pool house is available for exclusive use. Behind the house there are 3 parking spaces on the premises. The pool area with adjoining pool house (barbecue, summer kitchen, refrigerator, sink, sauna, Jacuzzi, shower, toilet) offers complete privacy. Other things to note Offering garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, Villa VinoSelo is located in Vižinada, 18 km from Aquapark Istralandia. Look forward to a garden with relaxation and play facilities. In the surrounding area you can hike, cycle, dive and swim. The house is located on a wine road, bike paths are all around. Villa VinoSelo promises quiet holidays amidst trees and a large idyllic garden. Only 15 minutes from beautiful beaches, away from construction noise or traffic. The nearest shops are just a few minutes away, in Vizinada or Kastelir. Portorož is 34 km from Villa VinoSelo, while Rovinj is 48 km away. Closest airport is Pula Airport located 63 km from the property. One dog is allowed with us. For more dogs, please ask beforehand.
