Welcome to S258 – Step into a peaceful local stay designed for remote work. Nestled under shady trees, it is 10 km from Chiang Rai’s center — close enough to explore, far enough to focus. Workspace with 1Gbps Wi-Fi, a Dell monitor, an ergonomic chair, AC, and a streaming projector. The bathroom is private but detached next to the room. Shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a coffee & tea bar. Up to 2 breakfasts are served to guests staying fewer than 7 nights. The space 🏡 House #258 – A single-level, low-rise house with a simple, cozy feel. During your stay You’ll have complete privacy in your rooms and in the shared kitchen — I never mind when guests are cooking or using the common areas. I’m usually around if you need anything. If one gets a bit too playful, feel free to set boundaries gently — they’re used to kindness. 🧼 Robot Mopping & Vacuuming: Need a quick floor refresh? We have the Xiaomi X10 robot—just message me and I’ll leave it at your door. Otherwise, the corded Xiaomi vacuum is also available in the common area. 🛏️ Room Cleaning: Staying long-term? Free cleaning is available every 2 weeks. Just let me know when you'd like it scheduled. 🥤 Food & Drinks: Please take care of any leftover food or beverages before you check out.
