Villa Ekbacken (1866) is a listed house with historical charm located in an exclusive area. The house is in a fantastic location in a historic setting in Gustafsberg, Sweden's oldest "seaside resort" Walking distance to lovely beach and brewery by salt water, as well as outdoor pool, restaurant, marina, football and volleyball courts, playground, canoe rental, etc. Spacious garden and beautiful outdoor area shielded from view. Carport and ample parking for several cars. Uninsulated outbuilding with sofa/bed. The space Large lawn with both sun and shade. Gravel parking lot at the entrance in the back. The property borders the forest at the back and a great well-preserved historical area on the other side. Rich bird and wildlife! Guest access Anyone who is not turned off due to renovation can be used. The house is only rented to one tenant at a time so that you get the whole house for yourself. You must bring your own bed linen and towels! Guests are responsible for cleaning and washing the house themselves. Other things to note The house must be cleaned and washed by guests themselves after use! The house is to be left in the same condition as on arrival. The house is our home and some personal belongings will be in the house. The house is being restored room by room (pictures of closed rooms will not be shown). Bed linen and towels must be brought. Nearby, there are as many as 15 golf courses (18 holes). Great beach promenade into the city center (3 km).
