Welcome to our paradise, Villa Marola in the Bay of Ocoa, where sunsets invite you to meditate or uncover a wine to listen to the sun touch the mountains. Our house is equipped and decorated with our memories and our tastes. Spaces are friendly to families with children large or small children. We are pro pets who are educated, if your pet tends to get on furniture please do not take it. If you like to cook you can enjoy a well equipped kitchen and 2 bbq. The space IT IS A FAMILY AND RESTING ENVIRONMENT. OUR NEIGHBORS ARE FAMILY AND LIFELONG FRIENDS, THEY MUST RESPECT MUSIC AND NOISE SCHEDULES. Towels: 1 towel per guest will be provided for internal use in the house. Please bring beach towels. TV: Available in the master bedroom and in the living room on the first floor. Additional Bathrooms: For added convenience during the beach day, you can find 2 outdoor showers, one in the gazebo and the other on the side of the house next to the pool. Pool and Jacuzzi: The pool is fed by seawater, salt water, if we are in the Sargasso season we cannot control that the pool cannot be filled. The Jacuzzi is freshwater and has a heater available. Boat: We love water sports, but those toys are not available during your stay. If you are interested in any boat trips, we can recommend a trusted person in the village of Palmar de Ocoa with a boat and well-trained staff. Fishing trips, walks around the bay, or water sports are planned. Personal Villa Marola: 3 people will be available during your stay. 1 Cook at an additional cost payable directly to the person $1500 per day, 1 Operations, 1 Night Safety. Electricity: Electricity in the area is very volatile. Villa Marola is equipped with an electric inverter system for use during the day and at night with a power plant from 9pm to 9am if needed. Mosquitoes: Depending on the date and the amount of rain, you may find more mosquitoes. Operations staff will fumigate once a day, regularly between 5pm and 7pm. Other things to note Please respect the regulations for music hours, smoking, and polite use of our facilities, in case of not complying with the regulations your deposit will be affected and in the same way the feedback on AirBnB is in the same way. If you bring more people than the capacity of the house, you will be charged extra for each additional person who sleeps or attends the house.
