A peaceful and comfortable stay with a relaxing *SPA BATH* located at the heart of Sunshine precinct with an 8-minutes walk to Village cinemas, library, parks, supermarket, cafes a dining strip. Our double storey townhouse is brightly lit and newly built. 2 (double beds) bedrooms, sleeps 4, a spa bath, off-street parking, and AC in every room. It is suitable for families and professionals. Tea, coffee, and a fully equipped kitchen are provided. Direct and convenient street access to car space. The space Heart of Sunshine stay is a self-catering accommodation with close proximity to Sunshine Train Station, Sunshine Leisure Centre, Sunshine Plaza, Sunshine Marketplace, bus, parks, schools and free Wi-Fi. With 2 generous and brightly lit bedrooms upstairs, which contain BIR, a fully equipped kitchen, and a flat-screen TV in the living room. Each room contains air-conditioning, a modern kitchen, a dining and living area, and guests can also relax in the private courtyard. The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor along with a powder room. The space: The space is great for a staycation whether its temporary work relocation, work-from-home alternative or for families. Home key features include: • Self check-in with keypad. • All rooms have air-conditioning. • Single concrete off-street parking space/driveway. • Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, a dishwasher, ovens, microwave and all the utensils. • Washing detergent is available for use with separate washing and dryers. • Cleaning fee is charged only once during your entire period of stay. • This home is close to many great cafes, parks, cinemas, restaurants, and speciality stores. • 8 mins to walk to Sunshine Shopping Centre. • Total house area is 85m square. One pillow per guest. Linen, bath/hand towel(s) will be provided. One bath towel per guest booked. • We are strict in the number of guest(s) checking-in to be match number of guest(s) booked. Please do confirm beforehand or at the time of booking. • Only use the number of beds associated with the number of people on the booking. Other things to note We will do random checks if the number of people staying exceeds the number of people made on your reservation. We will cancel your reservation instantly with no refund offered. The location is serene and teeming with wildlife and insects, depending on the time of year, the weather, the trees in the vicinity, and whether or not you keep your windows or front door open. This does include various types of insects, which may appear inside during specific seasons of the year. While every precaution is taken to keep insects out of the property, we simply cannot guarantee that you won't get a visit from a spider or woodlouse. On the premises, insect sprays are accessible for use.
