Conveniently located near Chemainus, Crofton and Duncan, you’ll be just minutes away from biking and hiking trails, beaches and the farmers market. 10 min drive to Saltspring Island ferry, 20 mins from Nanaimo airport and one hr to downtown Victoria. The space 600 sq ft, private, self contained suite above a garage for added privacy, with private entrance. One bedroom with Queen size bed and full size pullout couch in the living room, in a clean, modern, comfortable setting. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Outdoor patio overlooking the treed acreage includes a propane barbecue for guest use. (Although the suite can hold 4 guests it is best suited for 1-3 adults or a small family.) Cable television available and you can log into your live streaming accounts to livestream any movies/ shows. Guest access Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be provided with the exterior door code to access the suite. Entrance is at the top of stairwell at the rear of carriage house. Parking is behind the suite adjacent to stairwell. Sorry, this suite is not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note We have 1 large friendly dog and a cat who will most likely greet you outside. No smoking, vaping or drug use anywhere on the property. Covered, outdoor storage area available for bicycles, upon request (guests to provide own locking device as this area is not secure). The driveway is steep for some larger 2 wheel drive vehicles, parking is also available at the top. We do reside of the property in our home adjacent to the garage and will be coming and going from our home and the garage below the suite.
