Private room (ground floor) with shower room (adjacent but not adjoining the room) shared with the Jungle room, in a guest house composed of 4 guest rooms and cottages. The house is surrounded by nature. Guests can enjoy the pool (open in season), spa, outdoor spaces, all of which are shared between the guest rooms and cottages. Breakfast, bed linen and towels are included in the price. The space Old farmhouse restored while retaining the charm of the old. Located in the countryside you will have an unobstructed view of nature. The house consists of 4 guest rooms. The Art Deco room has the shared bathroom with another room. The bathroom is right next door in the hallway (attached but not connected to the bedrooms). Breakfast is included in the price, as well as towels. You can enjoy the shared living room with TV, sofas, books... and outdoor spaces. You have at your disposal the shared kitchen to heat up a dish or prepare a simple meal, with a refrigerator at your disposal as well as the necessary dishes (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.) On the property is also a gite for 2 people, who also have access to outdoor areas (garden, pool, spa...) Guest access You will have access to the common living room of the house, as well as the outdoor terraces, the pool in season and the spa. You can get into the kitchen to warm up a dish or prepare a simple meal Other things to note The house is a stone's throw from the Dordogne, the bastide of Eymet is 15 km away, Bergerac is 35 km away and 1.5 hours from Bordeaux. You can also visit the surrounding villages typical of the region with their bastides, but also for wine lovers, visit the surrounding vineyards (Bergerac, Montbazillac, Duras...). You have access to common areas (shared with other guests and the owner) such as the living room with TV, dining room, kitchen to heat a dish or prepare a simple meal, outdoor areas (terraces, garden, pool, spa). Animals are present in the house (cats). You will be autonomous in your comings and goings, I will welcome you as much as possible but if I am absent I will give you the code to the key box but also where your room is located before meeting you when I return home.
