Living room has a 75 inch smart TV with Sonos Arch Speakers system. Kitchen has state of art Refrigerator with 3 different kind of ice maker , Gas Cooktop, Oven, Dishwasher, garbage disposal, Smeg toaster, Smeg coffee maker with filter, and Smeg instant hot Kettle, Blender and all utensils and cookware & dishes and glasses needed. LG State of the art washer and dryer in condo as well as cleaning products are provided during your stay. our full service property management Team will meet you at the building, show you the condo and the building and is available for all your needs. They also offer full service resort style amenities such as airport pickup transportation, Grocery Shopping, In room message & booking to all the popular tours and excursions. Guest access Guests will have full access to all common areas and to the private unit. Roof top Pool , Gym, restaurant is all open . No Room service is available. Only registered renters are allowed in the condo , no outside guests are allowed in condo and common areas like pool and gym. Other things to note *** Important Note*** During the discounted soft opening, building is in final stages of completion, some common areas may be incomplete depending on timing of your reservation. As of an 1, 2025 , the roof top pool, bar & restaurant and the Gym are all open to owners and registered renters only. " No outside guests are allowed in the Gym and Pool by Building Admin at this time. The building is in proximity to the street , bar & restaurant so some degree of noise is inherent due to its location. Please note the Roof top Pool is Now Heated as of Jan 1, 2025. Also the condo and the building is not kid friendly and not recommended for kids under 12 years old. . All renters are required by building Developer to wear a wrist band while staying in Soho, Prior to this , everyone was able to use the pool and gym , creating safety and overcrowding issue. Also You can not take your own Beverage or food items to the roof top area, However Full Bar & restaurant is available if you choose to order. Our condo is for exclusive use of register renters only, outside guests are not allowed.
