Other things to note >>When booking, please provide a valid government ID for ALL visitors so we can get everyone a Visitor's Pass. >>Enjoy easy self-check-in with our smart lock; passcode sent on check-in day. >>Extra guests beyond 2 incur charges; specify the correct number of guests during booking. Undeclared extra guests may result in forfeiture of booking. >>Guests are responsible for any damages; please treat our home with care. >>No smoking. >>Help us keep cleaning fees low by leaving the unit tidy. >>Clean linens/towels provided once per stay; replacements or additional request are Php 50/towel, Php 100 /blanket and Php 250/bed set. Mid-stay cleaning is Php 399, including linen/towel replacement. >>For Saturday bookings with Sunday arrivals, there might be delays due to admin office closure, but we’ll assist you with check-in. > If checking in with a minor, a parent must be present or a consent letter must be provided. > Visitors are charged Php 50 per day and are allowed to stay until 7pm only. Exceeding the stay is charged Php 200 per hour. > Early check in and late check out is Php 200 per hour and is subject to availability. > Strictly no smoking on the balcony or in the unit. Deep cleaning fee is Php 5,000. > Please note that the Philippines is a tropical country. While we regularly maintain and thoroughly clean the unit, occasional insects or small spiders may still appear despite our best efforts.
