Other things to note The site below the kitchen and the cabana are not included in this price. If the Cabana is already rented, the tenant(s) (up to 2) will share the common areas. We cannot control the dogs, fireworks, or parties in San Marcos. Usually, the space is quieter than other places, but not always. For instance, on New Year's, they shot all kinds of fireworks, which were extremely loud, but from high up on the mountain, it was a great view and show. Also, we are between two venues that have events (Eagle's Nest and Starry Mountain). Rules Zero-waste (compost, make bottle bricks). You will be charged a fee for the waste you leave. Or you can pay 5q on Tuesdays (trash) down by the cemetery, or Thursdays for recyclables. No storing dogs/personal items post-checkout Respect the land, the workers, and your neighbors.
