Our Bungalow is located in the district of Ipiabas/RJ, the "nature paradise," a few meters from the center, between Barra do Piraí and Conservatória, the "city of the serestas." Ideal for hosting groups of friends and family of up to 4 people. Ipiabas hosts events and festivals such as "Rock in Cover," "Rota da Cerveja," "Jazz & Blues," "Café, Cachaça e Chorinho," among many others, such as off-road, mountain biking and trekking sports events. The space The bedroom is located outside the house, with 2 single beds and 1 double bed in a cozy atmosphere. Outside bathroom right next to the room with hot shower. Barbecue area with sink, dishes, pots, cutlery, freezer, table and chairs available. It also has a pool table, shower and a small fitness center. Large lawn for parking up to 4 cars. Guest access Access to all outside space of the property. Pleasant and quiet green area. During your stay The house has two residents who can assist with the guest's stay. Just call, call us in our rooms, or text us on WhatsApp. Other things to note For use of the barbecue, a cleaning fee will be charged. Please consult us. We accept your pet :) We also have a beautiful little dog.
