Kaiteriteri Beach House

Kaiteriteri Beach House is a 2 bedroom home that has stunning elevated views over the ever changing Kaiteriteri Estuary, a beautiful location nestled amongst native trees and citrus. This house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday, all that you need to do now is get out, be active and explore the local area and all its beautys! The house is located approximately 5 minutes walk to either the main beach and within 1 minute of riding you can assess the bike park. The space Kaiteriteri Beach House is a large, modern two bedroom home that has all you'll need for a great holiday. You'll be greeted by a large parking area, perfect for those with a boat or a couple of cars. Through the front door you will find the a modern kitchen and living area with all you'll need, including a Nespresso pod machine for that morning coffee fix. (Please note the coffee machine takes the large vertuo pods so while we provide a small number you may wish to bring your own as they aren't available in Motueka) Grab the weeks groceries before you arrive as the house has a large double door fridge and a seperate drinks fridge. Also included is a dishdraw dishwasher. The large breakfast bar seats six while the large leather lounge suite will also accomodate your group. Chill out with a book or watch Netflix (use your own login) but please note we don't have terrestrial TV however casting/mirroring off your mobile device works fine. The living area includes aircon for those hot nights. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed while the other has two sets of bunks. The house comes with full laundry facilities. The large garage includes a table tennis table and a double kayak (with life jackets) and is available for your use. Outside there is plenty of outdoor furniture on the deck to enjoy the ever changing water view so sit back and relax while the kids have fun on the brand new springless trampoline. If you want to take a walk, the house is situated only 80 metres, via the properties private access, from the Lagoon (the closets house to the Lagoon by foot) and approx. 300 to the Kaiteriteri shops and beach so you can leave your vehicle behind. Guest access Turn right off the Riwaka-Kaiteriteri Road and then a hard left onto Rowling Lane which consists of three houses. Look for 1b and the house with the bright red front door. House guests have full access to the site, however please note there is also a Studio Unit located behind the garage, which is totally separate with it's own facilities and parking spot.
