Come and discover this beautiful apartment, ideally located in the upscale district of Saint-Michel, 5 minutes from downtown Saint-Brieuc, which will be perfect for a stopover or a stay in the Saint-Brieuc area 😄 The latter is located on the ground floor of a small condominium, and will offer you comfort, calm and tranquility during your stay 😌 You will stay close to amenities and enjoy summer activities that take place throughout the summer, without having to take your vehicle 🚗 The space The apartment has a separate bedroom with a so-called "classic" bed for two people. The sofa is convertible, it is a chauffeuse ( = thin bedding) for a person/child who is not very demanding in terms of comfort (we are honest about this listing🫶).
