Boutique Patio House in Rosario #1

Welcome to your home in Rosario! Unique stay in one of the few traditional "casa patio" houses left in the city center. Product of the first wave of densification, the house is part of an 1890's group of three houses built in the same lot by spanish inmigrants. Each one with it's private courtyard and all featuring heavy brick walls, wood openings and tall ceilings. The house has being completely refurbished highlighting some of the historic details while making it modern and comfortable. The space This listing refers to the House #1. The House is completely private with a shared access from the street with the other two houses. All rooms have 9 ft. tall wooden windows, antique metal shutters and exposed brick walls. The furniture and fixtures are brand new, and our small art collection is made by local artists. There is a DINING AREA and a LIVING ROOM with a sofa bed and a pull-out single bed. The BEDROOM has two single beds or one king bed. Please tell us which one you prefer. • 50" 4k TV display • broadband WiFi internet connection (600mbps) • Toiletries, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided • Towels, hair dryer, fisrt aid kit The AC / Heating system, is in the bedroom and there is another heater in the living room. We also have fans and a portable heater by request. An in-suite BATHROOM with a shower, bidet, toilet and sink. The shower with glass panels can seem a bit small but it was the space available to incorporate a bidet into the historical layout. The PATIO is the heart of the house and it brings a lot of light through out the day. It's small and cozy with plants, chairs and a table. The OFFICE is located in the upper floor and you access through the stairs in the patio. It has its own AC / Heater, desk and closet. The KITCHENETTE access is through the patio (as in traditional homes) so if it's raining it gets a bit messy but is part of the experience. The kitchen is prepared for you to store food, make coffee, breakfast and cook small meals. There is a french press coffee machine, electric kettle, sugar, etc. Tea bags, water and some snacks. There is a small refrigerator, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster and essentials to cook and serve. This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY space but please let us know if you are coming with children to prepare everything accordingly. We love our place and we hope you do too. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the whole house. Other things to note The house is located in the historic district and in the same block there are some bells that ring every half an hour from one of the heritage buildings. Eventhough it brings an eclectic atmosphere it can be a little disrruptive if you are not used to them. We don't really hear them anymore.
