Sol Dorado 5 is just a 5-minute walk from the Ultramar ferry terminal. This is a penthouse located on the third floor, featuring: • 2 bedrooms with king-size beds • Living and dining area • Smart TV, A/C, and Wi-Fi • Kitchen with basic utensils and a jug of drinking water • Bathroom with hot water (20L capacity) • Safe box • Balconies and a rooftop terrace The property is owned by my mom, Pia. Marcelina, our housekeeper, is also around and happy to help if you need anything during your stay. The space The studio is simple yet well-equipped, situated within a building complex that features a shared central courtyard filled with lush tropical plants, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere with outdoor seating. Feel free to browse our book collection, borrow one of our bicycles for a tour around the island, or grab a beach chair and head to Playa Norte, just an 8-minute walk away. Located in the same building is Mexico Divers, a family-owned diving shop that also offers exciting boat tours, allowing you to explore the island and its surroundings. Other things to note The building is older and tends to have high humidity. While we do our best to control insects like ants, cockroaches, and mosquitoes, you may occasionally come across one — especially during the rainy season.
