Our Lodge is perfect for a quiet get away from everyday life, a tranquil patch of greenery nestled in the escarpment of Beaver Valley. If you’re looking for a place to relax and recharge, a place for solitude and restoration, then the Lodge may be just what you need. Enjoy yoga on the side deck, reading in a hammock beside the stream, or exploring the many hikes and nearby amenities just a stones throw away. The space The Lodge is located within the protected Niagara Escarpment, with a quiet stream running through the property. A wrap around deck with a fenced in yard includes a BBQ and sun loungers. Nestled into the woods, the Lodge has good visual privacy due to the surrounding Carolinian forest. As our first home, we’ve poured our heart and soul into making it our own and spend most of our time here when not in the City for work. In terms of sleeping arrangements, we have a large bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with a queen bed making for a perfect, quite getaway with close friends or family. The Lodge is a place for relaxation and solitude from the everyday, and as such there is no wifi available (though cell reception is strong and reliable). The lower level has a TV with DVD player and includes a gas fireplace for cooler evenings. Note that a guide book will be provided to guests upon booking, which provides key details on how to enjoy the space safely, key house rules (such as outside noise and a zero disturbance policy to the neighbourhood) and other specifics.
