This home has everything you are looking for...and more! The space Our home is the perfect place for your visit to Leadville. Located on historical state street just outside blocks to Harrison Avenue everything is in walking distance. Whether you want to sit by the fire and enjoy the views or get out for the day this location offers it all! There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa sleeper. One queen bed in master and two rooms with twin daybeds that have trundles that can be combined to make 2 kings or leave separate for 2 twins. You can see this in the pictures for the listing. Guest access Guests can access the entire house! Other things to note There is a non-refundable deposit for pets, $50.00 each with a maximum of 2 at a time. No cats, sorry owners are allergic :(. The yard is not fenced completely at this time but a dog could be placed on a lead in the front yard or from the deck. Although we wouldn't expect you to be leaving them behind while you are on your adventures they like Leadville too! Please keep pets off furniture, beds and paws clean...it can be muddy at times in the off season.
