The space The cottage "HaNa" is attached to the main dwelling, a renovated former Landes farmhouse, but it is independent and without vis-à-vis. It is located in the countryside, close to a forest, providing a harmonious and protected setting for those who want to retreat and rest. In addition, its location makes it easy to visit all the tourist sites of the region, such as vineyards and terroirs. "HaNa" is perfect for garden lovers, golf players, hikers who want to explore the beautiful walks in the area, professionals on the go in local businesses, as well as for anyone looking for tranquility and serenity in nature. Access to the cottage is done independently by a wooden driveway exclusively for tenants. The latter consists of an entrance with a closet for coats and shoes, as well as a piece of furniture containing the cleaning elements. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (2 seats), a table and four chairs, a TV and an electric heater. The kitchen, on the other hand, is equipped with a sink, a mobile hot plate, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils such as pots, pans and wok, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a Senseo coffee maker with soft pods. The large bedroom has a 160x200cm bed with all-season pillows and duvets provided, closet and heater. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The cottage overlooks a terrace with views of the large swimming pool (10x5 m) of the property as well as the wooded garden facing south. A table, chairs and BBQ are available to tenants for al fresco meals. The garden and pool are shared with the owners (from May to October) and are not fenced. A vegetable garden and a chicken coop are currently being built, and there are numerous fruit trees such as apple, pear, cherry, and plum, as well as red fruit shrubs, a pomegranate tree, and a walnut tree. The house is non-smoking and bedding and towels are provided. Guest access The yard is spacious and a parking space is reserved for you. It's also possible to park another vehicle or a caravan in this space. Other things to note We provide a family washing machine for a fee of €4. We can also lend you our raclette service as well as board games on request. An adult bike and child bike are also available free of charge.
