Fully equipped with brand new furniture and appliances, this condo has luxury finishes throughout, including two spa inspired bathrooms with heated floors, a contemporary kitchen with quartz countertops, two brand new top of the line smart TV’s, a spacious master bedroom suite, and a built-in office desk area. The unit also comes with two underground secured parking places, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer located in the pantry. Guest access Seasonal Outdoor Heated pool is open generally May through October. There is a fully equipped gym, poolside deck and terrace with lounges, fire pit, harvest table and BBQ area. There is a fireside entertainment lounge with entertaining kitchen, soft seating and large screen TV. Free parking for two vehicles, free wifi and a generous cable package. Other things to note MINIMUM 90 DAYS rental effective May 1, 2024. Parking for two vehicles is included in the rent in the buildings` secure underground garage. Parking garage clearance is 7 feet. Maximum length is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All properties are Non-Smoking. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. Minimum Age to rent is 25. There is bike Storage but please check with Victoria Prime ahead of time. First come, first served. VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control. There may be no Wi-Fi in the common areas of buildings. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP. Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
