Apartment Substitution Clause: We reserve the right to substitute the apartment you originally booked with an alternative apartment of equal or superior quality in the same area in the event of any unforeseen issues or maintenance that prevent us from accommodating you in the reserved unit. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and accept this condition. Rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure the alternative apartment meets or exceeds your expectations. Security Deposit: A security deposit of AUD 300 is required in order to stay at the apartment. The full amount will be refunded on the day of checkout, once the keys have been returned and the apartment has been confirmed to be in good condition.
