Sw facing garden with BBQ and seating. Bright large kitchen/ dining for 6 plus highchair. Living area with smart tv, , smart tv. Master bd, king size bed, smart v. Bd 2 with single, BR 3 with double,.bd 4, attic with single, Bd 5, downstairs, with double. Safe, quiet cul de sac in settled area. Guest access House is yours to use as is most of the bits in it. One wardrobe in each room will be out of bounds for our personal bits etc but other than the space is yours. If anything extra for children or babies is needed please ask it's free of charge and not a problem ie cot highchair etc Other things to note Use of toys, books, PS4 all welcome , just care for them like we do. Feel free to BBQ and dine outside also. No food upstairs , or in living room, bedrooms or anywhere other than kitchen. Please leave shoes in hallway, no outside shoes anywhere in house.
