The space The Suite is an open-plan, highly functional 40 sq.m. (430 sq.ft.) space on the ground floor (courtyard level) of the traditional Korfes building. It is smartly designed to offer everything you need without feeling cramped: Sleep & Relax: Features a comfortable double bed and a sofa that converts into a bed, ideal for comfortably accommodating 1-2 children. Warmth: The traditional stone fireplace is the centerpiece of the room (complimentary firewood provided), while the autonomous, eco-friendly pellet heating ensures an ideal temperature on cold days. Practical Kitchenette: An equipped corner with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and basic utensils to prepare your breakfast or a hot beverage. Bathroom: A modern private bathroom with a shower and abundant, continuous hot water 24/7. Connectivity: Fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV for those times you just want to cozy up inside. Guest access EXCLUSIVE ENTRANCE: Access to Suite Korfes is via the exterior stone staircase leading down to our shared paved courtyard. It has its own independent door, meaning you do not share your suite's entrance with any other guest. PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: In our paved parking area (2 spots) right outside the house, we kindly ask you to park parallel and as close to the property wall as possible. The traditional village road is quite narrow, and we need to ensure there is enough space for other vehicles to pass easily. HEATING & AUTONOMY (PELLET BOILER): The property features excellent central heating with an eco-friendly pellet boiler. To ensure your absolute autonomy during stays longer than 3-4 very cold days, you might simply need to top up the large pellet hopper (145lt) to maintain the cozy warmth.
