Other things to note BOOKING POLICIES ★★ CHECK IN/CHECK OUT ★★ Check-in: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm Checkout: 10h The keys are provided in person by our team. ★★ POOL AND MAINTENANCE ★★ ✔ The pool receives professional maintenance weekly. ★★ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ★★ ✔ Groups of young people under 28 years of age are NOT allowed. ✔ NO Parties or Events. ✔ Charging electric vehicles in the house is NOT allowed. ✔ Commercial filming or photo shoots are NOT permitted without prior approval. ✔ NO food or drink in the rooms (to avoid ants and stains that require professional cleaning). ✔ DO NOT flush trash, towels, wipes, or paper towels down the toilet. Only toilet paper. ✔ Turn off all lights, the air conditioner and the heater when leaving the villa. ✔Prior to arrival at the house, a link will be sent where the information for ALL guests must be registered, and the mandatory Generalitat de Catalunya TOURIST TAX (in effect at the time of booking) must also be paid. The staff in charge of handing over the keys, WILL NOT HAND OVER the keys until this process is fully completed. ★★ HOUSE RULES ★★ ✔ Respect the quiet neighborhood. ✔ Smoking is prohibited inside the home. ✔ Only guests included in the booking may stay. ✔ The maximum capacity of the house must be respected at all times. ✔ Trash must be placed in the outside bins before check-out. ✔ Loss of keys will incur an additional cost. IMPORTANT: If, due to the guest's oversight or negligence, a locksmith must be called to open the property door, the guest will be charged for the expenses. Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but must leave the house in good condition, tidy kitchen and trash in the bins on the street, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. For non-responsible conduct, the landlord may request guests to immediately vacate the home, without the right to compensation or reimbursement. ★★ ADDITIONAL DETAILS ★★ One set of sheets per bed and one set of towels are provided for each guest at the start of the stay.
