This bright, airy and newly renovated 2-bed, 2-bath unit is 4 blocks from the beach, a hop, skip, and twirl from the gay nightlife, and a block from the galleries, cafes and bars of Basilio Badillo. The modern-Mexican design unit boasts a full kitchen, a generous covered outdoor living/terrace, privacy and easy access to everything Vallarta has to offer. NOTE: We´re not a party rental, but a refuge from the decadence and mayhem! The space The newly renovated, first-floor apartment was renovated in 2017. It has been designed in a modern Mexican style with some great, original features like 16 foot vaulted, the wood-beamed ceiling in the kitchen, exposed brickwork and vintage, handcrafted ironwork on the windows, and principal entry. You enter the unit from a walkway overlooking the home below. You´ll be led to the outdoor living room-terrace. It's a good size spaced with lots of plants to accent the tropical vibe and great sofas to kick back and have your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail. The living room is attached to a good size kitchen with a massive dining table, modern, equipped kitchen. The hallway from the kitchen leads to the shared wet bathroom and guest room. The guest room is compact with a queen bed, closet, wardrobe, ceiling fan and, of course, AC. This is an incredibly quiet room that blocks out all sound and light as soon as you close the door. There is a safe in the closet. TO the right, is the master bedroom. with a private bathroom. The open-concept space has exposed brickwork, cement walls, and high ceilings. It is bright, though all 3 windows come complete with blackouts. The bed is a double bed and there are a dresser and closet for clothes and personal items. The bedroom has both a ceiling fan and AC. Guest access The 2 units on the first floor share the main entrance and stairs from the street level. The back unit guests cross the front terrace to access their unit at the back of the property.
