New building with 5-star level in the immediate vicinity of the beach, partial sea view, including large west-facing balcony, underfloor heating, private sauna, Wi-Fi, private beach access, etc. The Riedensee apartment of Riviera Kühlungsborn is about 64 m², has a separate bedroom and has underfloor heating in all rooms. The beach is a few meters away via its own beach access. A free, private sauna is integrated in the bathroom. Guest access The entire apartment is available to the guests. Other things to note The apartment is managed on site by a property management company and is usually available from approx. 3 pm. An earlier arrival can be arranged with the management in individual cases, if possible. A key safe is available for late arrivals. If a linen package is required for a one-time 30 euros per person (duvet cover, sheets and towels), this can be provided by the management. As part of the handover of the keys, the management is obliged to charge the visitor's tax. Guests 16 years and older pay €3.00 per night from 05/01 to 09/30 and €1.60 per night from 10/01 to 04/30. Children under 16 do not need a visitor's card.
