Welcome to our colonial home in the heart of downtown Seaford! This newly renovated 1 bedroom basement apartment is the place stay when you want to be near it all: restaurants, train station, grocery store and more are within walking distance. Accommodations offer a clean, cozy and safe place to stay. Please note ceilings at 6'1" high, this unit is not suitable for taller guests. You are welcome to use the fire pit in our backyard to unwind after a long day. This is a lower level 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance and free street parking. There is a living room, bedroom with a desk and chair, full bathroom, and kitchenette with a fridge and freezer, microwave, sink and hot plate (no oven). The apartment is equipped with a coffee machine in the kitchen, smart tv in the living room and heated towel rack in the bathroom to keep your bath towels warm for extra comfort. There is also an iron and iron board as well as a hair dryer for your use. Please note the workspace is a desk and chair found in the bedroom. This is a lower level unit with ceilings at slightly over 6 foot high. You will have a private entrance to access your private lower level apartment. We have a fire pit in the back yard that you are welcome to use - please let us know if you plan to use it. There is a lighter in the kitchen and firewood in the backyard, you are welcome to purchase a starter log. Please note the fire pit is in a shared space with us (the backyard). We are always a quick text away! Although we are here for whatever you may need, we will be respectful of your space and privacy. We are located in the heart of downtown Seaford - walking distance to shops, restaurants, movies, library, funeral home, and parks. Seaford is a family friendly and welcoming community. The Seaford train (LIRR) is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. You can take the n19 bus which is a 3 minute walk. By car we are less than 2 minutes from the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway and are in between Merrick Road and Sunrise Highway.
