Description
A privileged location, in the historic center, very close to Corso Vannucci, on the top floor of a building that retains all the charm of a home of yesteryear. From the windows, you can admire typical views of the city, and within walking distance are the National Gallery of Umbria, the most important and beautiful museums, churches, theaters, and shops in the city. The property offers a large dining room for breakfast, which in summer can also be enjoyed on the balcony. During the winter, you can relax with a hot tea in front of the fireplace. The space The building is a historic 18th-century building located a few steps from Corso Vannucci. The apartment, which extends over 200 square meters, was the home of Tiberio Berardi, Deputy of the Kingdom of Italy and a prominent figure in the political history of the city in the mid-1800s. After a careful renovation, the rooms retain the charm of nineteenth-century stately homes, with frescoes, a large dining room, cozy living rooms, a fireplace that is always lit in winter, spacious rooms and a delightful balcony from which you can admire beautiful sunsets in all seasons. The house also offers two private parking spaces located in front of the entrance. Guest access Guests can access the two large living rooms, the dining room, the balcony, and the garage. During your stay I will personally welcome guests and stay in touch with them by phone. Other things to note The use of the kitchen is exclusively private and not accessible to guests of the B&B. For hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to consume meals in the room. In addition, to ensure the peace of mind of other guests and residents of the house, it is forbidden to play acoustic musical instruments, sing, or carry out activities that may disturb others. In shared spaces, it is not allowed to move or use the objects present.
